Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Exumawatersports007 operated by Exuma Watersports Bahamas Ltd
In order to be eligible for a refund on physical goods that are purchased from our shop (does not include Boat Tours), you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in
any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

For refunds on Boat Tours please read this carefully. If we have to cancel the tour due to bad weather we will reschedule your trip if possible within the timeframe of your vacation, if this is not possible then we will refund the payment. If you the customer decides to cancel the trip for whatever reason we do not refund your deposit and if you have paid in full if you cancel within 24 of your trip we do not refund any amount. This includes not arriving on time for public tours and missing the boat departure, missing your flights if you are coming in from another island and going to the wrong location. Please make  sure you read your emails that are sent to you confirming where to go to or visit our locations page
